i had this for my lunch today -
FRIED UDON.
it's cooked by MICHELLE YEO. me laa.
i wanted to eat cup noodles in the first place.
but knowing that my mum would scold me for eating it 2 days in a row, i decided to cook my own lunch.
wanted to cook fried rice but there isn't much ingredient.
then i saw a packet of udon so yaa, I WANT TO EAT THAT.
wanted to add prawn and meat but got to defrost it and i was lazy to wait so i didn't add them.
saw the crab stick and it's easier to cook that.
and i wanted to open the can of mushroom but thinking i won't be able to finish all today, i didn't add it in.
plus there were 10 eggs, i wanted to add but it's expired.
OMG laa.
wells. i know this lunch looks pathetic.
it's like so plain and just a bit red colour here and there.
but it tastes nice please. serious!
i added sesame oil and garlic. that's why it tastes nice.
but after i finish eating, i realised it's quite oily.
HAHA.
think i added too much oil.
so do i consider this as a healthy lunch cos there's no poultry
or do i consider it as an unhealthy lunch cos it's too oily?
HAHA.
OH. i slept for 11h today. this shows improvement okays!
