went out with my parents today.
some random talk with them during lunch.
i asked if their family were wealthy last time.
dad yes, mum no.
dad says they always have supper.
all the siblings attended good schools like nanyang, cedar, st.joseph.
dad says grandfather wanted to buy a condo but end up didn't.
only know how to say but no action taken.
grandfather didn't know how to invest.
he says if only grandfather bought condo that time, we would be rich now.
oh wells.
about mum's family.
she says grandfather never give grandmother any allowance.
grandmother was really poor that time.
sometimes my mum don't even have allowance.
allowance were given by her aunt.
although grandfather was rich, but he didn't know how to invest.
there's once he invested in setting up restaurant, but he failed.
oh wells.
if only all my grandparents know how to invest, i guess we'll be rich now.
but being rich doesn't mean anything.
not everything can satisfy us by having a lot of money.
money is not everything.
but without money, we can't live too.
how irony.
oh wells. this is life.
and life is tough.
anyways. next tuesday is public holiday.
dad says we'll go to tour agency to check out some places to go during holiday.
i'm so happy!
